Kiefer Sutherland to Spend Some Time in the Slammer

"24" star Kiefer Sutherland once agreed to spend 48 days in jail for his September 25 DUI (his fourth), and he will find out just how much time he will spend behind bars later today. If convicted, he could spend mandatory minimum sentence of four days in jail. Kiefer is in court right now...

UPDATE: Kiefer Sutherland has been sentenced to 48 consecutive days in the Glendale City Jail in California. He surrendered himself to the jail tonight to begin serving his time. He was also sentenced to five years probation, an alcohol education program, and therapy.

Well, maybe he doesn't, but that is what this guy looks like to me. Jonathan Rhys Meyers has lasers that shoot out of his eyes to burn to the very depths of your soul forcing you to become one of his loyal followers that chants "August Rush, August Rush...".

Nonetheless, Jonathan was let off the hook for his drunken behavior at a Dublin airport last month after apologizing to the authorities and BMI airline staff today. All charges were dropped against him and his lawyer called the behavior "unacceptable and out of character."
